This spacious chicken coop boasts a large nesting box, rot resistant fir wood construction and even has wood backing under the house area for plenty of weather protection.

I have brought 3 chicken coops from this company. Two were homestead the other was a smaller one. I am awaiting my new homesteads coop. Steph was very helpful in getting me more perches for the chooks. I love the finish on them and also the security knowing my girls are safe at night. With the homesteads you don’t have to bend your head when putting out food/water. I recommend this company for anyone who wants to buy a safe well built chook pen.

We just built our homestead. Really easy to build considering the instructions are interesting.
My only suggestion is to swap the 10mm screws that hold the flat roof join cover timber on out for 20-30mm to help hold the roof together.(which a mate advised offer his roof join covers popped off).
Otherwise we can’t wait for our little ladies to move in and start laying
