The Somerzby Cabana Hen House is a large, free standing chicken coop. It can fit up to 9 standard sized hens on the perches and has 6 nesting spaces. Plenty of room for your growing flock!

It has a long-lasting pull-out tray and the back door is easily removed for super easy cleaning and access. The strong, robust frame is made with rot-resistant fir wood, with a natural colour scheme to suit any Aussie backyard.

This coop comes flat-packed and requires assembly. Screws and instructions provided. You will need a battery-powered screwdriver plus a shifting spanner (for the nylon nut on the long silver handle)

I’m not normally a big fan of diy kits as many are disappointing, but I have to say having just built our Cabana I am really pleased with this product. Great quality components, and it was a breeze to put together although if I had to find any problem I’d say slightly higher quality instructions would be appreciated. Nevertheless, very happy with the Cabana! I highly recommend you put this on your shortlist! Thanks Somerzby!

Good looking chicken coop but unfortunately got damaged in transit. After sending photos of damaged pieces Somerzby were very quick in response and offered to send the broken pieces or $60 discount on my purchase. Quality is pretty good other than alot of companys

Great design and after much research I’m buying a second one to expand my flock. I use wood shavings in mine and the tray makes it really easy to clean. Because it’s made of fir wood, I would advise being careful when screwing into the wood during assembly. I wasn’t and split wood on the ramp and one of the nest box lids. I’d also recommend painting it with external paint for longevity.

Our girls have been enjoying their new Cabana Coop for 2.5 weeks now and are very happy as are we. The kit instructions were easy to understand so it was easy to assemble. We made some modifications as we have an automatic door opener and roosts need to be higher than the nestboxes so we made adjustments there also. Everything is working well and we are very happy with our purchase, thanks Somerzby 🙂
